National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially revealed the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Result Dates. The result for JEE Main is scheduled to be announced on February 12, 2024, and the session 2 results will be disclosed on April 25, 2024.
The result of the JEE Main Session 1 question paper will be available on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. The candidates need to enter their JEE Main login credentials including the application number and password to check their JEE 2024 result.
The result contains the applicant’s name, score, roll number, and rank. Candidates who have cleared the JEE Main 2024 exam will be eligible to clear the JEE Advanced 2024 exam.

How to check JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Result?
The candidates must follow the below steps to check the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Result. They must provide JEE Main application number and date of birth to access the results of JEE Main 2024. You cannot check the result with the help of a roll number.
- Go to the official JEE Main result website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Select ‘View JEE Main 2024 result’ or ‘View score card’. (Direct Link to View Scorecard is Active )
- Input the application number and date of birth.
- Click on “Submit”.
- The NTA JEE Main result along with scores will be displayed on the screen.
- Print the JEE result page and keep it for future reference.
- Please note that the scorecard of JEE Main 2024 will not be accessible after July 31, 2024, so it is essential for the candidates to retain a copy of the scorecard.

Normalization Process – JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Result Date
Since the JEE Main exam is conducted in multiple sessions, the difficulty level may vary. To address this, the authorities use the process of normalization. NTA will release the normalized JEE Main 2024 scores, indicating the percentage of candidates whose scores are equal to or below the scores of top scorers in that specific section.
The calculation formula for NTA scores is:
Formula: (100 x number of candidates who appeared in the session with a raw score equal to or less than the candidate) / total number of candidates who appeared in that session
It is important for candidates to understand that the normalized NTA score differs from the percentage of marks secured in the examination.
